Review of fixed duty racking

Since January 2009 the EU-law of the review requirement is of static storage systems

Steel, adjustable pallet racking to DIN EN 15635 (draft as of May 2007) and the rules of professional association “storage, and – Equipment ” (BGR 234) and § 10 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety.

The annual inspection must be carried out by a competent person. Expertly means that the examiner laws, regulations, rules of the trade associations and European standards known.

The shelf checking is done on the fly. Here, however, ensured that the operation is not disturbed.

The audit includes the following:

• Visual inspection of the ground level.
• Visual control of the BGR 234 by the professional associations.
• Visual inspection of shelf parts for visible deformation or damage in accordance with DIN EN 15635th
• Identifying the cause of the damage and submit proposals for improvement.
• Visual inspection of the shelf assembly according to installation requirements.
• Review the shelf load signs with the construction.
• Award of an inspection sticker.
• Creation of a test report (1x directly on site)
• Through our expertise we can check all rack systems.
